Sunday mornings
Birth–4th gradeFor nursery or Children’s Church, check in at the Children’s Welcome Area before the Worship Service.
- Birth–pre-K: Care is available for the full hour.
- K–4th grade: Children begin in the Worship Service and are dismissed to Children's Church just before the sermon.
Children are welcome to stay with their family in the Worship Service. If you would like something to keep them engaged, ask an usher for a children’s activity sheet.
Check-in gives your child and you matching name tags. Keep your parent tag and show it at pickup. Collect your child after the Worship Service in the children’s area. If you lose your tag, speak with the attendant at the check-in desk in the children’s wing for assistance. The attendant or another children’s ministry leader will show you the room directions and can help with allergy or safety questions. Volunteers receive background checks.
Sunday School begins at 9:00 AM, with classes for all ages. Check children in before class; pickup is in the children’s area through fourth grade. Fifth and sixth grades meet downstairs. Ask at the Welcome Center for help finding a class.
Wednesday Family Night · Awana
Wednesdays, 6:30–8:00 PM. The 2026–2027 Awana season runs September 16 through April 28. Youth and adult Wednesday programs continue through May 26, 2027. Check upcoming events for the scheduled programs and theme nights.
Family Night breaks: All Wednesday programs are off on November 25, December 23 and December 30, 2026.
- Cubbies · Ages 4–5: For children whose parent or guardian attends a Wednesday Bible study at Pleasant View.
- Sparks · K–2nd grade: Bible learning, games and friendship.
- Truth & Training · 3rd–6th grade: Bible study, activities and Scripture memory.
- Nursery care: Available for parents attending a class or serving, including through May. Let the church know if you need care. Ask the children's team which care or club fits your preschooler.
Register for 2026–2027
- Check-in: 6:20–6:30 PM. If you arrive earlier, stay with your child in the Life Center Lobby café until staff begin check-in.
- Pickup: 8:00 PM. Ask at check-in for your child’s pickup location and procedure.
- Registration: Both new and returning clubbers need registration and medical/photo-release forms by October 7, 2026.
- Fees: $25 for one child and $20 for each additional child, for handbooks, vests/shirts and ministry supplies. Make checks payable to Pleasant View Missionary Church.
- Each club night: Bring a Bible, handbook, earned vest/shirt and 25¢ dues or more.
